Please email for support icstais@cumail.in to request a visa invitation letter so that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Obtaining a Visa Support Letter from ICSTAIS-2026 Conference will not guarantee that your India visa application will be approved. The letter is merely supplementary information that explains a visa applicant's intended purpose of travel to India.
Visa Support Letter Policy
For security purposes, the conference has policy for issuing official Visa Support Letters as follows:
- Visa Support Letters will be issued only after you have successfully registered and paid for your conference.
- Visa Support Letters can only be issued for the person registered to attend the conference in form of participant, author, chair and speaker.
- Unfortunately we cannot issue visa Support Letters for guests of participants.
How to Request a Visa Support Letter
- Complete your registration and payment process for the conference.
- Email your request to icstais@cumail.in with the subject line "Visa Support Letter Request".
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name as it appears on your passport
- Your affiliation
- Your registration confirmation number
- Your paper ID (if you are an author)
- Your nationality
- The embassy/consulate where you will apply for your visa
- The conference organizers will process your request and send the visa support letter to your email within 5-7 working days.

- Please apply for your visa well in advance of your travel date.
- Processing times for visas vary by country and embassy.
- The conference organizers are not responsible for visa application outcomes.
- If your visa application is denied, the registration fee may be refunded according to our refund policy, minus administrative charges.
